Whats really sad is that some idividuals bought up almost all the LVL 5 / 6 appartments with waterfront views on celest Island and now own a handfull of appartments basicaly next to each other not allowing anyone else to get one of those awsome appartments. I dont know what the plans is for those appartments but I really hope we don't see them on auction in a year with highly inflated prices.
I hope Ark relieses some more awsome appartments with great views and so meny at a time that the horders / resellers cant afford to buy them all.

 

I am also a bit annoyed that people seem to need multiple apartments.

But if they want more markup on them, I think they're in for a shock. I ante'd up more than I was actually going to in order to bid this time, and was still outbid on everything I tried (by the same people). So now I have come to my senses and reached my ceiling and there is no way I am paying more than a shop for any apartment (which would be what they'd be asking if they resold).

 

A well I ended up taking #4 and #1 as one is planned to be an appartment for storage and such for me and the other one is for a friend that wants to open a face and body sculpting appartment when he oneday upgrades his computer. Lol it was quite a bidding war last night on #5 that could have gone for a low price had the appartment not been left to less then 1 min before bidding on it that gave time for other bidders to enter.

 

It was a bit disappointing. Fopsie and I were both going for the same lvl 5 apartment so we talked about it and came to a compromise, but by the time the bidding war ended, an investor got it instead, and for a lot more than it is currently worth, IMO, since the views at lvl 3 & 4 are not much different. Oh well, at least we saved some ped and at least the A-Team got a bit extra cash.

To those who didn't get the apartments they wanted, it's a good idea to walk through the buildings you like and look for people who own more than one apartment. They may be wanting to sell the extra apartments they won, and the lower levels may still be affordable. People ended up buying multiple apartments, not necessarily because they were trying to collect them (though some were, of course), but because they actually wanted an upper apartment but did not know how high the price would go, so they bid on lower levels too, as fall-backs.

To the A-team, consider listing them from top down instead, that way people should bid on a lower number of apartments at once, and there should be more happy buyers, assuming they can outbid the speculators, of course.

Arkadia has some nice countryside. I would like to see little solitary cabins out in the woods/desert/snow, within a TP jump from a teleporter.

Only for around the price I stated, Lok.
I can't justify paying the silly prices.
I'd rather just dump it into the lootpool for someone else to HoF on.

Two blocks from the remaining apartments in Celeste Harbour will be put on auction every week until all of them have been listed. On auction this week are the blocks from Celeste North 19 and Celeste South 4.

 

Celeste North 20 and Celeste South 6 apartments are now on auction!

 

Are all the apartments 50 item points?

 

Most are 100+.

 

Normal lvl1-5 apt have 115+5 item points, then we have the roof lvl6 apt's with 115+5+50 I think
