I hope there will be abit more shops going up on auction, we got 12 shops in harbour atm, but 4 of them are owned by the same person. He is reselling 1 shops and 3 apartments, and look at what he selling in his shops are all way overpriced, I doubt his shops can help arkadia in any ways. I don't think it is a good thing to force people who really want to run a business in arkadia to buy shops from a reseller.

Due to forum rule I can't name who's that. But it is very easy to tell who's that by watching shopkeeper in display area of shops

 

More will be placed in auction remember David said in interview we will keep placing in auction as long as there is demand. Seems to me there is a definate demand as all shops and apartments were sold.

 

The will sell all 16, any future sells will be made connected with player growth. I think it a good thing they sell shops connected to the growth of the playerbase, not only connected to the demand.

Cute complains about me. But he gives some false information: the shop was not "for resell", I did not profit on that, and kitten can prove that. overpriced items: well, he does not mention all the items that were below MU (and many already sold). So if you complain in a forum, even without giving names, maybe tell the full story.

 

I will verify it was in the shopkeeper at only 100 ped over original price and most of that was shop tax

Other than that this is real cash economy and each person will run business in their own way. I priced everything in my shop at or under market and I already have more pages of sales history in transfer center here than in the calypso shop since this new transfer center was added! Other people try to stock high high high end item at amazing markups because paying auction fee every week would be disgusting.
