Important! Arkadia Underground Deeds Delay

I bought deeds yesterday and got paid 6 pec today. I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see if the payout is daily, though it looks like it is.

 

How do you get the money? I bought 1 deed but it says I don't even have another account in ped flow center.

 

It's through the Ped Flow Center. Maybe you bought the deed after payouts were given out? I think that happened exactly at 0:00 game time.

 

No I certainly bought it before 00:00 game time. But I bought it from a player, could this affect the payout?

 

It will be daily coz the payment is like the payments for a landarea ...you own a piece of Underground

 

I wouldn't think that makes a difference, unless there's a bug. Sorry, I haven't a clue why you didn't get anything.

 

Could it mean 1 deed is below 1 pec threshold? So i need to wait a week or smth to get my first revenue? :/

 

My deeds paid exactly one pec each, so that shouldn't be an issue.

One thought is, and I don't know if it makes a difference: Would it matter if one keeps their deeds on their person or in storage?

 

thats a very good question!
maybe we need to have them in inventory but would be much better to get paid while in space or another planet with the deeds in Ark storage(or any storage).
shouldn´t matter where the deeds are...

 

I'm wondering if any dev could comment on what happens to any remainder of the payout below 1 pec. Say if pay out per deed was supposed to be 1.09 pec, what happens to that 0.09 pec?

So, when you say they carry forward... would that be like this scenario:

(200k deeds, so 2000 ped tax --> 1.0 pec per deed)

Scenario:

Day 1: 3000 ped taxes collected --> 1.0 pec paid out per deed (remaining balance of 1000 ped remains in account)

Day 2: 3000 ped taxes collected (plus 1000 ped left over from previous day) --> 2.0 pec paid out per deed (remaining balance is zero)

Is that how it works?

And some not so important - are the money from the sold deeds going 100% to arkadia or some goes to MA. (if you can answer)

Got myself 50 deeds for a start.

I think these deeds may go up in price alot more then CLDs, simply cos the base price is alot more affordable to players, at 50 peds each, compared to 1k peds for CLDs. Even a sweater can get one of these if he spends a couple of weeks sweating.

 

Now that we've had a few days to examine the income, it appears that everyone--no matter how many deeds they have--receives the same number of pec per deed. If you have 1 deed you receive 2 pec, if you have 50 deeds you receive 1.00 ped. We can conclude fro this that the balance is either carried forward on each individual deed… or more likely, because it's simpler, the LA has a big balance that only distributes to the 200000 deed accounts when it hits a multiple of 2k ped. I suspect the ped flow center may not be designed to handle fractional pecs. Now… if MA confirms that it is supposed to work the way David said above… since it is in practice NOT working that way, then we really need to confirm with MA whether or not the fractional balance is actually being carried over to the next day. Given my experience this week with MA, I would not be surprised if MA was pocketing these extra peds.
