Arkadia blueprint books don't level up

    I moved all my Calypso blueprints to the Arkadia books since they handle both but I was sad to see that the books don't level up like the calypso ones do. I know it wouldn't be high priority but it would be neat to see the designs change as you put more blueprints in them.

    plus it helps to idenfify the "real" book from the others that just hold 2ndary BPs :).
