    Done two hunts yesterday, both with the Mux-2. What is interesting is that with the first of these I got a few 'minies' (>0,50 PED) and the second I got like 5 or 6 of those within the first ten kills. Enough to bring my loot to 10 PEDs so soon, wich is ~[SUP]1[/SUP]/[SUB]3[/SUB] of the Mux-2 huntingcost with only ~[SUP]1[/SUP]/[SUB]8[/SUB] of the Halixes killed. But then it took me the rest of the hunt to get ~8 PEDs and to end up with yet another loss.

    Comments: I haven't done a second in-between calculation, but I dare to say that those whom believe in weanry-economy are right. However, I do suspect that just what kind of loot one gets is also based on the Eco, therefor it might not be a wise idea to blindfully go for the most Eco-weapon.
    It's an expensive lesson for me, but one I have to do.

    This is the other from yesterday, slightly better but not a whole lot.
    I am thinking about what kind of experiment to do next. I enjoy an experiment like this, because it is somewhat like a Mission for me. One option that is high on my to-do-list is an experiment about the size of the hunt: 10, 25, 50, 100, 150 kills per run. Another is something that I've hinted at before, an experiment where I continue to hunt till the weapon is decayed vs. where I continue as long as the loot is above average. The mayor problem I have with that is how can I know that when I end up better with the 'hunt till loot get's bad' that the worse loot hasn't gone to the 'hunt till weapon is decayed' and other activities? I've noticed a couple of times now that the loot suddenly became better (for a short time) when I went for a second run that day.

    Still on the Halix's bodies I guess? I do loot those, but rarely. For example, with this weapon, the EnKnuckles-1, only 10 PEC out of 1443 kills.

    My returns mirror your own varying between 45% to 60% on Halix. I switched to Jori and oro for while and am now collecting tp's that have been added since I landed on Ark.

    And I've still only looted one tail.

    Also using melee but I'm using an enblade a with similar number of kills depending on maturity.

    Last weekend was the Weekend of the non-profit EnKnuckles-1 Hunting. This is the last of these.
    For my next experiment, wich will be about the size of the hunt (number of kills), I want to buy a Khorum Ice Dagger. Give me a note when you have, or know one that is, for sale.

    And again a hunt with the EnKnuckles-1, and not a disaster at that. The best that happened was this increase in skill:

    The worst that happened is that I was drinking a beer that I haven't tasted before and it was just aweful. Since this thread isn't about my adventures of tasting beer, let's leave it at saying that some little Demons deserve to burn in Hell.
