Any Reasons My Account Could Be Locked?

    Or as I see it, I think support also got things mixed up and noticed that there are now 2 accounts on the same IP and one got money.
    They probably got the one locked with the money in it since this looks suspicious with the asking to delete one request etc.

    From past experience I know that they first lock the account and than sort it out to prevent scamming etc.
    It looks as all things get confused now and that caused the lock to keep on the save side.
    I also know, that whatever MA screws up etc, they usually sort this kind of things in a good manor.

    Keep in mind that we had our problems with scammers and criminals (a knee shooting cousin pops in mind :)) and they keep on the save side before resolving this.

    Try to contact MA directly, this usually helps a lot.
    However keep there time zone and your time zone in mind ;)

    i emailed their business account i guess i could call them and find out but how much do intenational calls cost ;d

    sigh apparently my mobile block on my phone also includes international calls or im dialing that number wrong,,, either way i guess thats me narked royally

    I got to say 76 posts in 48 hours must be a record, given that 99% are about your account . Couple of quick questions though. I noticed that someone on the forum told you to just make another account - I really hope that wasnt the person you consider to be a valid authority.

    Which account did you put the Ped on - the old or the new account?

    Why did you make a new account when you were advised to contact support and have them move you to Arkadia? or wait for the TP fix?

    Which account is it that you are able to login on?

    I am the person of authority who advised Swaith to create a new account and that we can organise to delete his old account. It was either do that or have him wait at Genesis for another 5-6 days until the teleporter has Arkadia added.

    I do appreciate that he has the respect to not just start saying, hey I chat to the CEO. I'll work with Swaith behind the scenes to get the issue resolved.

    Brother, that's just awesome. I don't know you except many years ago you helped me out when I was stuck at an op when i was a new player. The fact that you are still that same good guy, still helping people in need speaks volumes as to how amazing this planet will be.

    Thank you for still being that guy that made this game so fun so many years ago.

    Well, have to say, that this game has never seen a CEO like You so far! Actually, quite shocking, but in a positive way :p What we've used to was how MA handled the "old world" and the way You take care of Yours and Your customers is awesome...

    Really nice job David, so glad it wasnt just someone that "sounded" like he may have been an authority. So nice to have a CEO that actually cares about his customers and their use of his product.

    Great job and keep it coming - you have been "live" for a week and done more for your customers than MA appears to have done in a year.

    lol thanks for revealing yourself :D i didnt want to just throw your name down like some gauntlet lmao

    but yeah looks like its a long haul to harangle support to let me back into the game lmao no response on the support tickets or email so its a waiting game, as its my birthday today im gona be back and forth a lot less then normal, so hopefully i wont break the 100 post barrier just yet ;p

    (im ridiculously active on forums in general)

    anywho gents im gona go and blend me a smoothyin my new blender :D

    Do i understand that right? A new player creating an account can currently not reach Arkadia from the central starter area? He/she would need to go to another planet first and then TP to Arkadia paying fees?

    Correct seems the player signing up via entropiaunvirse didnt get arkadia as planet choose.

    yeah its quite annoying, the only option is to pay a 40 PED fee which i think is just unfair, and as refunds arent something likely to happen on the cost i made another account and requested the other closed. result? = locked account with PED on it :D

    And do you know what happens if the new player downloaded the client software directly from the Arkadia website?
