Please forgive me if this has previously been answered somewhere else, but I am curious... About how large of an area are we talking about here? Compared to know areas, like Eudoria or Amthera on Calypso? Thanks! - C
WOW!!! A prompt answer to a question, from the CEO no less! View attachment 434 Thanks kindly for the response, David... I look forward to being pleasantly surprised upon launch.
Oh man Chrome, you haven't been here long. It's a common occurrence for Arkadia Studios to answer our questions, and quickly too! Quite refreshing, isn't it?
i guess size should be like eudoria david give a clue about it ... and yes there should be some red eyes in cave like ifuri suggest or some Gevaudan monster in the dark cave without radar just sound and shadow. with the detail of cry it could exist some special spot only accessible at feet, climbing secret path to secret valley, not accessible by plane of course. i m glag to feel the exitation and enthousiam from player and team about arkadia. it smell good.
That's a really neat idea Have some spots on Arkadia have no radar (or maybe even no map!) once you get to them (the backstory could be something like: Arkadian technology or some sort of natural mineral in the ground disrupts your navigation devices). Then you will have to use your exploring skills to find landmarks and clues to locate the treasures!
Dead zones like this would be interesting especially underground. Imagine trying to get rescue teams to a location you can't actually give coords too. Hahahahaha, I'd love it! ...but that is asking for some whining to occur.
i love no radar area and far area from tp because you need pack expedition with friend and you have the fear of death with monster, to me it give big sense to exploration, remembering me the fist years of calypso without the revival teleportation. ppl was buying tp information, and some was affraid to go far from tp. when you where dead you was a wandering ghost searching for a revival. even it s autotping now this king of exploration is still exiting.
