Bert Wilhelm, the NPC that exchanges Aakas keys for Mini keys is on a 60 second timer. (I had to convert 25 keys, so 25 min camping an NPC) 25 keys is a small amount as normally on a key crafting run a lot more than that gets produced, repaired and then needs exchanging to get the ammo scrap back, resulting in a lot of ped (that MA would gain off if I was cycling on a hunt) stuck while I have to wait for a 1 min timer. Please investigate and resolve. (Game ticket has been raised).
