I have 11 ww bps, uses from 26-99 (half are 62, must be a magic number) all from filters. 2 runs of 1000 each, so they must drop pretty often.
SOOTO can also, as they said, be ultrarare u/l mining amps worth upwards of 20000 ped. I do hope there are some Arkadian specific SOOTO's though
