Exactly. Arkadia apartments have really small number of item points, comparing to Calypso and especially to Rocktropia. :(
Did it crashed? (if so which error message) Or that just connection timeout without actual CTD? In second case, try to decrease your connection...
Oratan's often have same issue as well (wrong attack direction). At least when you hunt them solo.
