heya folks, i read this article a few days ago and thought you might be intrested: http://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/131815/the_cabal_valves_design_process_.php?print=1 very nice read about ideas/game development and bringing excitement into a game. this probably could be intresting for MA employees, too. especially the last part as a comment to the a-team, i think you guys are kinda doing something just like it. argueing; testing; disputing; more testing followed by discussing and testing again . am i right? what do you guys think about it? regards, hideo

yea, its quite some text with what i think very good thoughts on team management for creative staff. and as you said, an important and very enjoyable game aswell. makes me remember the team fortress and hl-deathmatch lan-sessions in those days with my crowbar i´m invincible ...d´oh. fun times...
