I noticed that PCF and Planet Calypso can no longer be accessed. The client can't connect to the update server and you can no longer start the game, also the website is down. I can't access it from the computer or from phone. Anyone else is experiencing the same thing? What is happening?
Working fine here, may have been a temporary or localized outage. If the issue persists id say the first thing to do would be to try switching to Google DNS or Open DNS in case there is a issue with the one your ISP assigns by default (ISP ones are often shite).
This seems to have happened to quite a few apparently random players, the following info is taken from pcf queries on this subject. Hope it helps those still having issues OP: cannot connect to this forum (PCF), the main site or the game only. Every other internet service works fine and other sites in Sweden work fine also. I can only connect to the forum when not on network Reply 1: experienced the same issue, concluded that there was an issue with the DNS I normally use. I switched from Cloudfare’s 1.1.1.1 to Google’s 8.8.8.8 and was able to connect to various sites including PCF and EU Reply 2: Same for me, I was ingame and I have been suddenly kicked out of the game. (CTD) Then impossible to find game or this forum. Everything else worked fine, but only EU and PCF. I tried to connect to PCF through a proxy, worked fine.. Now I changed DNS adress and it seems to works again.. Reply 3: as someone else pointed out, the solution appears to be changing the DNS settings. I made some adjustments as suggested by this +rep for this, it fixed my issue. There's also a CNET article with some instructions on how to do it.
I have the same now. Cant log into PCF nor can I open the client loader. Cant open it from my PC, cant open it from my personal phone. Cant open it from a strange phone. Do I need to start worry? managed to reach support and this was the reaction: Good evening wizz There do seem to be some issues currently however we do not have information about this as of yet. We do know that people are unable to connect to the game, website and forum at the moment.

Pretty serious breakdown of Service from Entropia Universe, haven't seen it so bad in 14 years... yes I'm affected too.
