    With all the enthusiasm on Arkadia real estate these days, I believe many of us are keen to have a rough idea on what the prices are like. I'll use this thread for documenting the prices apartments have sold for on the auction or otherwise. Do drop me a message or a reply to this thread if there's more information you'd like me to add.

    I still have a really hard time seeing these prices justified.

    Not only is the location horrible, but apartments are pretty much useless unless you intend to open up a saloon in which case you already have competition at SC from one of the most experienced beauticians in game.

    On top of that, new apartments are to be released


    Someone please explain for me, because I just don't understand?

    Kadra and Heun stage 5 do have bountys on there heads - as these are on Sanc cove LA's there are people that like Sanc cove and want to call it home - with the rewards in place then people could call this free peds - reward peds and happy to spend this on an estate in that area ;) especially the time spent on sanc cove to compleate either of these chains ( kadra for me was appx 6 months )

    Also People like to show things of and actually have a place to call home ;) and get items out of storage and display them ;) also good for party venues - chilling out - or using your IFN Shower cubicle ;P in private.

    The SC apartments are highly sort after as it is a nice spot. You may remember the Celeste Island level 6 apartments selling for over 3k each a few years back.
    Nothing unusual about these prices, people have been waiting a long time for these. Don't fret, I would imagine the remainder will sell for less. There are still two buildings on the lower level unsold so far and they will attract a nice price.
    Also the firebase apartments have yet to be released so stay tuned.

    Added the recent apartment auctions that ended. For now, I also added the shops that sold, since the other thread recording shop prices seems to be inactive for quite some time. I missed out the two Sanc Cove 11 and Celeste North auctions though. Anyone managed to see the ending bids for those?

    If u want to add it to your list I won the SC 11 lvl 2 for 2k ped.

    Pretty surprised I just got home and put a 2k bid on it days ago.

    Didn't think I'd win

    I paid 1000 ped for north celeste apartment 1 lv 1. this was a couple years ago.
    13000 ped for celeste north shop 18 bid war happened

    hope that helps its always nice to see a price check
