   Hi There
   
   I cant drive land cars near Celeste Harbour, cars just not move, sometimes lagging and jump forward. Also when I flying on vtol, terrain have water splash effects. Maybe this connects.

   I have been having this same issue but mainly with the right middle and right bottom server areas. Its like bad rubber banding but you don't really get anywhere.
