outposts don't show in map

    I don't know if it is like this by design or a bug. anyway i have been to a couple of outposts (just outpost not TP) but I don't get a message that I discovered a new location and they don't show on the map.

    One example the outpost at
    Planet Arkadia (27717, 29526, 411)
