Free Texturing up to Lvl 17 Coloring up to Lvl 12 PM me if you need anything done. You provide the mats (you will get 90% of the texture/color value back, unless the clothes are not full TT, in which case it will automatically add to the TT of the clothes upon application). I do sometimes have certain textures/paints and clothes in stock, so just ask if you need something.
