It's a Calypso weapon, surely you didn't loot it here on Ark? I remember getting one of them (MKI or MKII when they first started the wave events). Here is Entropedia Link.
Your albums lists the pic, but doesn't display it? Or something's fubar with my system. Yah, I only know this to loot on Calypso. Decent stats, but decays quickly. Very short hunt weapon.
