Is there a section here for shops? for booths? SHOPS and BOOTHS should be two separate items under PROPERTY, along with LAND PLOTS. I don't know exactly what ESTATES means, there is a section for APARTMENTS

There should be a sticky for BUYING and a sticky for SELLING in the PROPERTY topic, and all other buying and selling posts should be placed there as comments or removed.

As for what I would want in an apartment, It would be nice to have a rooftop but I'm not all that fussed about it so the level wouldn't really matter to me, however I would like it to be near a teleporter.

Mainly I would just like a little place of my own.

I know we usually have to wait for the population to reach a milestone, but the number of new shops, booths and apartments is growing and growing, yet to be sold.

At this stage we have, yet to be auctioned;

I am looking to buy an apartment but wanna know a few things:

I see listed on the terminal for a lvl 6 apartment there are three areas: indoor, additional & display. Indoor is obviously the apartment itself and additional is the roof... but where is the display area?

Also on somewhat related note... why is everyone listing their apartments on caly auction. I am making the trip there now just because there is no apartments for sale on ark auction

Been chatting via PM with KJ about this...so here is what I have been hearing/told...

There are one or two booths at the Ark Quarry that seem to be empty or unowned. I have not seen them on Ark Auction and the common idea is they have not been sold to anyone and so, they are not yet auctioned off.

I am hoping to find out if this is the case and, if so, when they might be auctioned off?

I have been trying to create some signs in my new shop but fails. I get the message "Only estate managers can create ads." when pushing the create button. Does anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

1) Put a "Reon-S Screen (PC)" on the wall inside my shop
