I just completed the 12k oro, and when choosing the reward i have the following choices:

5 ped tt Inflict Ranged Damage
4 ped tt Inflict Melee Damage
    7 ped tt Combat Reflexes
    3 ped tt Diagnosis

It's awesome that Arkadia actually shows the gains you can get, great idea David/Cyrus, much appreciated!

Thanks for sharing Harmony. In an real cash game we should be able to make educated choices.

I appreciate that a lot of things are left to the community to figure out, but in the case of skill rewards this seems the right way to do it.

Are these not in the form of a Skill Implant? The last time I checked each time you insert an implant for a chosen skill the next time you do the gains on the same TT implant are signifigantly lower.

For example, starting from 0 skill:

10ped TT - Rifle Skill (we'll say gives you 1000 rifle skill points)

Bang - 1000 Rifle skill points

Next time you insert a 10ped TT Rifle Skill Implant you'll receive maybe 780 skill points opposed to 1000.

So if you are to chip in, you should be doing it with the largest skill implant you can find. These small ones may only hurt you for future implants.

It does not matter if you do a small chip first or a large chip first. Either way you will end up at the same skill level after inserting both chips. The nice thing about these mission rewards is you don't need to buy an inserter.
