Where to Buy arkadia land deeds? and what is their name?

    I got some ped and would like to invest in some Arkadian Landdeeds. I searched the auction for stuff that costs 50 ped, but to no avail. All deeds sold out for today already? Would like to purchase some..

    I doubt they would just throw them in.. If they were smart, they would do it at a set time, previously announced here on Forum.. tomorrow at some time (i dunno 12 MA?).. Just a suggestion not whats gonna happen.. :)

    `Regarding the release of the deeds, we will begin listing them on auction in batches today. We'll make every effort to ensure they are listed at different times of the day to ensure everyone has a chance to buy some.´

    That´s why I ask. Today (19th of march) ends in 1 hour and 45 minutes for a lot of Europeans).

    And I am eager to get some, because I know what will happen. These deeds are only 50 peds. and it's only one million dollars worth of deeds. They will be snapped up and immediately relisted for 60 or worse, higher prices on caly auction. I want to get them for the normal price and I need to be fast.

    That's going to need a lot of players who want to pay 5% Tax. Have you calculated the turnover to yield 20% on your investment?

    Who cares about ROI, they are nice and shiny and i want some! :)
    And ofc ROI will be way lower then on CLD, but it might surpass it in the future when Arkadia will grow bigger and bigger.

    Please don't put only a few on at a time. Put 5000 -10000 otherwise we'll get the same thing that happened with the CLD's. And plenty of singles. I know they're only 50ped each but there will be plenty of people who just want 3-4 and when the CLD's got listed all of those went in seconds leaving only the big stacks.

    Keep in mind that half the deeds will go in a broker next week. That's going to limit the price increase in the short term.

    I think a limit of 10 deeds per person at the beggining should be great.
    For a week or so,
    it will make all happy tho
    and it will prevent speculators, from take advantage ;)

    Best idea: Allow to one player to buy up to 100 deeds in 24 hours (like daily mission, one trade session for 24h). That is, if you bought 1-100 deeds today, next 1-100 you can buy only after 24 hours. If you bought only one deed, next time to buy must be also after 24h. Otherwise, in the auction, and in the Broker buying anything will not be possible due to bots and rich players.
    By the way, they have already placed?

    Just my 2pec here:

    All these ideas are great guys, but you are all forgetting one little detail. Unless the Ark guys actually stand in game for hours on end and hand them out manually, they are limited to the way the system currently works (i.e auction etc).

    IF they were to design a new system just for such an occasion (which would require MA's help I suspect), then that takes development time, further delaying the deployment of such an item in the first place.

    Instead they have gone with so many being put in auction (when the deeds are actually working the way they want - LINK) and then so many in the Broker that will apparently become active with the patch next week - LINK, and that they will be placing them in at various times of the day so different timezones will get a fair shake of the stick. You can't get any fairer than that with the CURRENT systems in place.

    The reality of it is that, as players, we all will have to make a bit of effort to gain what we want. We can't expect the devs to spoon feed us, its neither economically viable for them nor a challenge for us. If you really want some of these deeds then you (like me as well) will have to make the effort to be there at the right time in order to get you slice of the pie just like everyone else.
