WARNING Stolen Sleipnir UL

A heads up here as well.

There is one of the unlimited Sleipnirs stolen in a scam.
Be aware if you see it in auction, verify the seller.

When did you get an unlimited Sleipnir? Why is MA giving high value stuff to people who don't know the game and are easy targets for scammers?

 

Doesn't he rule against naming scammers don't apply here? Even if it's by the proxy source?

 

I only pass a message and link and no names.

Would be a shame if someone get's locked because he didn't know about it.

Ion is not the one who had and lost the UL Sleipner, it was someone else. There are two only ingame right now, both won in events.

Checking our forum rule it says:

There is one listed on calypso auction only one I have seen in game.

 

This of course sucks, but I still think the one wanting to color his VTOL was not very smart either.

Get collateral or at least make sure that the person you are dealing with is the one he/she claims to be. In this case a simple check for all 3 names would have been enough to figure out it was a scammer. Sure it takes some time (maybe) but will save you a lot of PED.

 

There is one on auction Posted on 2011-08-07 at 20:02:44, so at the same day one got scammed from somebody, coincidence??

To bad these things don't have TIER numbers so we can track it, like we can with guns.

mmmm, that one is being sold by a member of Art of War, not sure if he's the one, but maybe someone can confirm if he had one in the first place.

Just got conformation that the one on the auction is legit

 

Can I add that the one on auction by Laban is the legit one (not the stolen one).... In case the other one shows up on auction by another seller It would stink if his auction were hampered just because people think it's the stolen one!
