Hi all I seem to remember reading somewhere about UL weapons needing repairs at a certain point to have a better return, but I can't remember what the point is and I can't find that particular post again. The second question pertains to longblades - do enhancers work on them? To me it seems the economy enhancers have no effect at all, while the others have a negative effect, but my number of kills are not high enough to judge accurately
No, UL weapons work just as well no matter their TT value. The post you read was most likely referring to UL armor or plating, which loses protection as its TT value decreases. Enhancers work on longblades just as on other weapons and tools that have enhancer slots open. I would not use enhancers unless there is a good reason to, since they add extra cost... especially if you have not yet maxed the weapon. All enhancers will have their particular, small effect. You can see your actual damage and economy stats when using the entropia life combat log, but remember you need to have a large number of uses to see definitive results.
