Treasure maps active?

So I looted treasure maps 1, 4 and 6 are they good for something yet?

Take treasure maps to celeste harbour , NPC at moonshie bar will give you mission to change them into Vault keys

 

Look at this great thread from Haruto Rat, you can skip the trip to celeste harbour and go direct to the npc to trade the maps:
