Tiered EWE EP-40 Mercenary mentor edition to tier 4

    Today i finally managed to gather stuff needed to tier my gun to tier 4
    and get tier hof for it.

    Also tier 3 provided tiering hof but dont have screenshot for it.

    But here is picture of tier 4 hof.
