Is this intentional or an oversight?

I had thought there was revive terminals but that range was limited to a very small circle around the city.

nah, that's not how revive terminals work. You always revive at the terminal closest to your location. So if there was a revival somewhere in Celeste, when I press T in the city, I would revive there and not in that outpost to the west .

I've moved this to Bug Reports so that it will be more visible for the Dev Team.

This is incorrect. You revive at the terminal for the zone you are in - not necessarily the closest revive.

See these maps of Calypso for examples of how it works.

As a for instance, you could be in sight of Fort Argus just to the east and revive in the outpost far to the east of there.

Ok, let me clarify, you revive at the teminal closest to your location inside the server you are located. (ie the server borders are also revival borders) Trust me, I've collaborated with the elaboration of the revival maps for eudoria and amethera. I have a bit of knowledge about how it works.

Right now Arkadia has 9 servers in a 3x3 grid, and I am positive there is no revival terminal in celeste harbor because if there was then when you press T in the lower right corner of the map you by force should revive in it and that is not the case.

you would revive at the outpost to the west

Check the revival map in entropedia you will see it clearly

the yellow lines are server and revival borders
