Well, Every one knows about the crash this evening. The people that are also in the Arkadia chat channel know I was running Aakas 7, my 3rd run of the day - when this crash happened. I was about halfway, among the mobs I was tracking the Magurg Male mission and had already done 97 kills before the system booted me, over half the instance. I was offline long enough to be booted from the team and from Aakas 7, unable to continue. Losses : 1 full TT Aakas 7 key and maybe ~200 ped ammo loss, not to mention the decay of my amp, Svempa X1 (L), armor and S.I.H.E.A.R.T. Believing that once the systems were back online, I stupidly started another run in Aakas 7. Chat blew up again with messages of no loot and of lag, realizing I made a grave mistake of starting said new run. Losses : Another full TT Aakas 7 key, I don't give a crap about my decays. And since I am not able to open a support ticket, I hope I can be refunded in any way possible by the Arkadia team reading these forums. Thank you very much for reading, and keep the thread clean if you have no positive messages. I am already fully aware I shouldn't have started the second run before checking if the systems were 100% again.
I do hope you recieve a refund here Lizzy. Because even when the server gets rolled back again, the keys will probably still be lost
Send a support case when you get back in game, if they don't respond eventually, let someone know. I'm sure they have a lot of "cleaning up" lootwise to do after the crash.
ive had keys go fubar on me before and after a support i had everything credited back via the ped flow center It might require a support when thats working and might take a few days but im sure u will get refunded.
I just checked my ped flow center this morning, and I have already been compensated for it through the ped flow center! (thank you for mentioning that, Lighter Thief) BIG THUMBS UP for the fast compensation for my crash losses yesterday A-Team or MA (whoever is behind it) :anticipation:
+Rep For Ark Team, ive sent support for a none working RT instance and no compensation or replay other then a generic response. Great Job Ark... Again showing genuine dedication to your clients and community
