Missions Stuck on newbie mission (Transport unidentified ore)

Hi, I would like to report a possible bug on the new player mission "Transport Unidentifed Ore". The bug does not allow me to give the ore that Dr. Leigh gave to me to NPC Pierre in Archaeological Research Society in Celeste Harbor.

How to produce

• Take the mission "Transport Unidentified Ore" from Dr. Leigh Terpecaya outside IFN supply base
• Go along the road back to the IFN Supply Base TP (a popup will show up when you pass the soldier telling you to speak to Pierre in Archaeological Research Society in Celeste Harbor)
• Teleport to Celeste Harbour. At this point, the mission point "Teleport to Celeste Harbour" is not completed and the mission marker stays at Celeste Harbour TP
• Go to the Archeological Research Society and talk to NPC Pierre behind the desk. Nothing happens

I have re-taken the mission multiple times and it still won't allow me to proceed. I've also tried not taking the TP and go by foot to Celeste Harbour, thinking it will trigger something along the road.

If it's not a bug, please do tell me what I missed during the mission

 

7 July 2019 I Test this Mission and found that bug. Mission 100% isnt worked now. Need fix. What was before - U get mission from Dr. Leigh Terpecaya - Talk 1 more time and get ore - go to road move thru all waypoints - reach bridge - get 1 more dialog - go thru waypoints inside Harbor and talk with NPC in Archaeological HQ. ... Now - U get mission from Dr. Leigh Terpecaya - Talk 1 more time and get ore - there no more road and no more waypoint - u immediately get next step that teleport to Celeste Harbor - u move back to Resolute Firebase - on the crossroad u met untargetable NPC which give to u dialog (same which was on bridge in past) - after that NO MATTER what u doing u can: TP or abandon mission or move old path thru bridge or bang your head against the wall )) - NOTHING not worked anymore... Mission broken on teleport phase it Not Count anyway and NPC in Archeological HQ dont want talking with u so u cant complete mission.

Either devs fix the bug or you just forget being able to complete the mission.there are many bugs ppl hv reported months maybe years ago and still not fixed.
