Weird after a while of floating in space and closing in onto Arkadia I got a message of internal error (i guess it tried to popup the entry fee window ) after few more moments I revived in space station with one other bloke. Thank you, whoever helped (even if it was some kind of a safeguard in the code )
Looks like issue is still ongoing. Earlier 4 June, 08:30:00 EUT, I flew up from Arkadia to fly around the station. then go back in the station to TP to the planet. The entryway to the station was like a wall once my ship got that far into the entry way. Also tried T with no success. Finally logged out from Entropia, and when I logged back in my ship is in storage and I'm tumbling in space. T for Revive still does not work. Opened a Support ticket with Arkadia Support. Cross fingers I'll be able to get back into the game soon. "Ground Control to Major Thom...."
I've found that you can't get into the space station the normal way, you should NOT use "T" or log out anywhere on that server. Doing so will result in being stuck. Fly to a neighboring server (or preferably, a planet) and then log out. Hopefully, MA will move you to the planet where you quad is, but if not, give a shout here and someone will rescue you.
Thanks Neil for the information. I did get a prompt response from the support team, however (when I later logged on some hours later after a night's sleep) I revived at Calypso Space Station. Their reply: "Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconveniences that this is causing you. Rest assured that we are currently working to fix this issue and, as a solution, we have now placed your avatar at the Calypso Space Station." That is not of course. We had serious issues yesterday: One passenger from me got lost, I on't even know, if he was able to get to Calypso... wierd thing. I submitted several tickets... three times I was told I will be placed on Arkadia, and only after the last one it worked. But they also said, according to their logs, the ship would be on Calypso. So me and a crew member were lucky and were placed on Ark. My main pilot (Master Chief) was tuck in space, we were ablte to rescue him from space, so he was able to revive and run around in ship (we are a great group of ppl, seruiously). He then WARPed to Cyrene, allw as fine... and then his support ticket was processed... and they revived him on Calpyso. wtf?` Hope this is solved after patch...
yeah they did the same thing to me after I told them I was floating around Arkadia of which I am a permanat resident.. anything to keep people on Caly as usual.
