Details: * Has a wonderful view and it is next to the teleporter which gives you fast access to it. * You would own level 2, which is the apartment with its 120 IPs (Item Points) and level 3 (roof) with an additional area and an 70 extra IPs. * The roof has been upgraded with 20 IPs more having a total of 70 IPs. * The deed would give you a total of 190 Item Points + the additional area. Price: * Before offering you should know that besides the fact that apartments sell in rare ocasions, and with roof even rarer, normal apartments go arround 2.000 Ped. This one has extra space and 70 extra Item points. * Have a look at: Estates , so you can start doing some maths and make me an offer. Wonder why ark has so few item points vs rocktropia? U taking item trades or just peds? Whats start bid? To expand on that, what items, exactly might you be interested in. PM if you are doing item trades and I'll reply with a list of what I got inventory-wise. (also if you aren't in a rush to sell, and like owning an apartment, perhaps we can swap some apartments - I got a couple on other planets as well as one and a half in Ark proper (well more than a half actually - 3 cards away from a full deck). )
Technically not a roof, it has outdoor floor with no roof, imagine all that rain flowing down into the apartment, all that water damage... Meh I'll pass. xD
