    I don't think so; I you watch th interview with David, he said 3-6... but maybe more. But they're working on it.

    I did see the Vlog hence my question, at the end of it the smuggler transmition hinted that they would start recruiting from this VU on

    I found a second smuggler upstairs at their base but he wouldn't talk to me.

    There's also a Smuggler Challenge Terminal in the base, but inactive for me.
