At Level 1, Its all about the TIR and the ITEM QUALITYDeposits are intentionally high because I am not selling items. I have a 100% return rate so far. I have tried to keep it at 3x the estimated value of the item, but I estimate the value, and THAT is high if the TIR rate is high. A 5/200 TIR item is worth les then a 195/200 TIR item. Ped deposits are preferred, but I also accept tt value of loot or items, and deeds at 90% of their current market value. I cant use every item all the time. I do work them here and there. You get a quality item to use, do not have to pay to tier it, and I get someone to work the item and gain the tier levels it needs. Win-win-win.
