Shop Bug - Anyone able to help please

I was putting some retail counters in my shop and placing Items on them, when I placed a retail counter and a bottle of 10K sweat in the small area next to the door of my shop, I have attached a picture to show which area it is. It is the two shaded red areas behind the door. The problem I am having now is I can not interact with these items, Is any one able to shed some light on this problem?

 

if nothing else works MA can move it to your inventory with a support case.

Does using the 'next item' button work (alt + 'next item' sends it backwards and is needed to get the one thing you want most times.)

 

What shop is this? I don't recall seeing any shops with stairs in them.
