The Back has a Giant Pool, currently featuring a Fountain inside. Zombie Statue Water Fountains Built Inside. The Back also feature a built in Hot Tub and a Built in Bar with full Terminal Station and "cooking/fire kiln" as well as a fireplace, pool chairs, pool tables, and some party lights. Plenty of Item points still available but you need to see the setup inside the facility that I have. You can use the furniture for whatever, but it is my club.
