Hi folks! I'm now able to offer Pulsar 2 Plates from my Defense shop at Celeste North 5. Stats are: Stab 5 Electrical 25 Durability 11000 Max TT 15. Entropedia tells me that's the highest level of electrical protection available from any currently available armour plate in the game. For now supplies are limited owing to the dependance on availability of Tiarak Nails (hunters I am buying these at good MU). Hopefully I can secure a regular supply of these animal parts and keep the shop continuously stocked with a full set of plates.
