From the Celeste Harbour South TP go to the first building in front of the TP (it has terminals around it) and go to the entrance on the left side (Enhancer Street is downstairs) - take the televator on up to level 5.

This is a RARE apartment because it's been upgraded via the Estate Development Program (Cost of 2K for the upgrade by itself) . Because of this upgrade this is one of the few apartments on Arkadia that actually have enough item points in the front room near the televator to hold a shopkeeper!

Note: I stay on Calypso, Monria or FOMA these days so that's where the trade will need to take place.

as mentioned on the pcf thread, one for one apartment trade for this deed for another item in game is possible for one of the following items:

- Deed to FOMA Shop #21 (Currently owned by Bunnygirlz - last I checked with that avatar they wanted around 4k or so for that shop. Good luck getting a hold of that avatar since (s)he does not seem to log in but once or twice a year to check shop roi and then post it in their website... and/or seems to log in in a time zone opposite of mine... but I suspect if you get a hold of them at the right time of year you could probably do a trade. I don't know how firm their 4k offer is/was, but it was offered at one point in time not too long ago)

- Deed to FOMA Shop #20 (would prefer 21 since it's right across hall, but willing to take 20 as it's on same wall as my other shop)

- Female Shopkeeper

Yes, this does make price potentailly much lower than the initial post states, but ONLY if you get me the item in question to trade the deed for. Otherwise price is still 5k at this point if pure ped is offered.

Shopkeeper offer may come off table if markup goes down to what was historic price for shopkeer at one point in time about a year and a half or two years ago (but I suspect that won't happen any time soon based on auction history on recent sales). Wanting shopkeeper since there's some items in game you cannot just sale in a shop by itself without going through the shopkeeper interface, etc. Wanting the shop 21 or 20 on FOMA since it's right next door to where my current shop is across the hall. Don't want another FOMA shop unless it is next door. Also may potentially take
