Hi all, in the past days, I bought shops, because I wanted to be able to finally settle down on Arkadia. Yesterday night I finally got the shop I was aiming for, but wasn't sure, if I can get it at a sensefull price. I was lucky, so I can now hand out one of my other shops for the same price I paid. I sell only ONE of the following and will keep the other: Celeste 8 - 12011 (directly at TP Celeste North which is closer, than the shops on the side of Celeste TP) Celeste 7 - 10880 Neightbour to #8 These prices are without making profit and that's not what I am aiming for. In return, I will ignore any offer below these prices. In case you want to know: the last shops yesterday were sold between 8500 and 11k pricing. Have fun Smo
