Selling Apartment with roof

I planned to use it as my own apartment, as I own shop #8 too. After I have seen the new items Kitten discovered, would be so cool to use it.

But when I remember the prices, what some players paid for roof apartments, I consider to sell the apartment Celeste South #8 lvl 6 for bids above 2.2k. Please remember: I did not drive the prices so high, so don't flame me .

If not sold, I will ofc take part in the decoration contest, so no hurry to sell.

If someone bids on this apartment, I will sell after 24 hours, if no higher bid is placed.

SB met, 24 hour countdown is running.
BO is 2.5k.

 

When does the auction start? You might want to give a few days advance notice so those who are interested in a roof apartment can have a chance to know about it.
