I'd love to see options with mission rewards...the lack of choices on some missions makes them less attractive options. I also agree with other threads - I'd like maturity to add to kill counter.
Couldn't agree more . I'm a mission junkie atm, I'm addicted to fast skilling. That makes me completely disregard some mobs. Sure it's good that there are melee and mindforce rewards, or plasma/explosive weapon tech. But when the only choice is e.g. clubs or plasma weapon tech, most players will be disappointed. The reward for each stage should have as one of the choices at least one popular skill. Skills giving HP, all skills contributing to laser/BLP weapons professions, paramedic and evader professions. Those are the ones that an average hunter wants.
I agree. I admit the missions stages that have a skill I don't want often make me move on to a different mob. evader, paramedic, hp, general weapons professions, you can't go wrong with those (and don't forget melee... and I suppose some mindforce too). Each time a "specific" skill is given (handgun, clubs, whipper, etc.) it would be great to see a general skill also offered as an option.
Once again looking at the list of Arkadia skill reward options. They are terrible compared to Calypso - Clubs, Explosives, Heavy Melee, Shortblades etc. I don't blame the Ark staff...I'm assuming it's another way MA is trying to keep players on calypso.
Wow So much to learn about this game lol. I did the archaeology mission where you had to hunt down 5 interns scattered through out planet arcadia and when I finally finished I got no reward. I guess that mission was a reward in and of itself since it gave me the opportunity to explore the planet. Idk lol
That is my next mission in mission tracker, but haven`t done it. And for killing halix i think i got swordman skills? Why at least you won`t offer me 2 choices at least, or maybe ped.
The Missing Interns mission is a bit of history: when Arkadia opened they had a contest and the first people to find the missing interns got a prize of some kind (I forget what it was). Then they immortalized the contest into the current mission chain you have now. It's good for new players to explore the continent, even if there is no other physical reward.
