Any item on the Retail Partition shelf that does not hang over the edge and is relatively flat cannot be clicked on, you just end up selecting the shelf instead. Checked out several shops after i noticed the problem in mine and it's definitely a problem with the retail partition shelves.
in the mean time, u can select item by : select shelf, next target*, show status bar**, double click status bar hope its helpful *Press Y (default) to open Action library, search for Select Next Target **Press Y (default) to open Action library, search for Show Status Bar
I wanted to pop in and inform you that the next target does not seem to work entirely. I assume only top shelf as there are no top shelf items left, and I simply couldn't find any items aside from partitions.
Next target doesnt seem to be working for me. Not sure what I am doing wrong Update - exit and re-enter shop and now works ok, including items not on top shelf. However, next item selected is not based on position of items compared to current selection. it leaps around all over the shop. So could be a lot of clicks to select the item u are interested in. Must be very frustrating for shoppers. Please expedite the fix. My customers are not happy and neither am I.
When I tried it, it worked but it randomly picks an item anywhere in my shop, so it may skip through a hundred items before it selects what I'm standing right in front of. Helpful if you have lots of time and really need to pick something up, but not very useful in general.
I found that if I had my crosshairs next to the item I wanted when clicking next target (in aim mode)it would select something very close to it then it was just a matter of 'next target' or 'Alt+next target" to get the one I wanted. It may be different for you guys but could be worth a shot.
