Reseting back to newb (Chip out skills)

I'm selling off most of my skills due to not needing them and the need for some extra PED
Currently I don't have any Empty skill chips but I'm willing to offer some collateral on chips if you bring your own and make a decent offer for the skills.

I will be chipping out as I gain Empty chips from skills that sell and will update the skills left aswell skills already on a chip as it happens. ATM those skills already on a chip is in Cally auction but further chips will be placed for sale here for 7 days before going to the auction if no bids is met.

 

I sold some of the skills and have kind of changed my mind about this.
