Not sure if this is just me, or just L1 (which is the only one I was trying at the time) but I am getting this message at the moment trying to enter Instance 1. Hopefully that means Arkadia is super busy generating decay from all the guys constantly running instances and using up all the instance slots... But if not, maybe someone could check to see if the server resource has been correctly re-allocated during go live.
