I've been wondering, I saw a lot of texture bps and would like to start making a few of my own, than I faced this dilema. Where can I get gallard texture bp? First thing I went to entropedia and only thing about the issue I found was gallard hide, not even gallard leather that I know I have a few. Neither texture. I know carabok leather texture can be bought on TT, so what about gallard?
If you go in the orders section on the auction you can see the bp and get info on material requirements and past sales.
The gallard leather texture BP can be looted when crafting textures. The BP takes Gallard Hide and a certain type of leather extractor (probably basic leather extractor). Gallard Leather is made from Gallard Hide by using a refiner.
Wait, you mean, like, I have for example, miluka texture bp, while crafting it, the gallard bp can drop, lets say as some sort of residue?
Yes BPs are included in crafting loot. You will get ~ 1 bp per 100 clicks of the crafting machine, though it can vary. You can get any texture BP while crafting a texture BP, though the levels limit what you get. The BPs looted will be +/- 3 levels of what you're crafting. So from a level 1 BP, you can get level 1 thru 4 (3 and 4 will be less common). If you craft a level 6 bp, you can loot anywhere from level 3 to level 9. If you're looking for a specific bp, it's almost always cheaper to buy it from auction than to search by crafting.
Nice to know. Since we're already talking about bps and to don't create another topic, I have "simple I conductors bp" that my mentor gave me. I noticed when I first try to craft some gloves from TT, I had the ability to check residue stuff, but on simple I, the residue shows there but not able to check the option. So is there something wrong?
Components have a fixed value per instance, therefore there is no benefit in trying to use residue. Items such as Armour / weapons etc have a variable value, and limited items cannot be repaired. Therefore to create maximum tt limited items, you can use residue when they are crafted.
And that's my question, on simple I conductors it doesn't allow me to add residue to get the tt value, unlike the glove I don't have the checkboxes avaiable even the name of residue shows there.
what they said was the simple one conductor is a component and cannot use residue, so you cannot check the box, unlike gloves which is an item and by using residue you can get higher value gloves when successful. that is why you can use residue when crafting items, but you cannot use residue when crafting components
Oh, now I got it. Didn't noticed the word "components" was the key to understand this mechanic. So to understand something, how I see a few globals like someone crafted simple I with a value of 200 or more PED? Some times twice in a row, is this possible with a single set of crafting?
You can also call them "stackables" instead of components. Stackables are items with a fixed TT value that can be placed into a stack. Usually those large globals after another are due to someone putting the slider all the way over to the condition setting.
