Important! Planet Arkadia Update 2017.3 Release Notes (12th Dec 2017)

The following are changes that come with Planet Arkadia Update 2017.3. This information is provided, to the extent that the IFN and ACA are at liberty to discuss at this time.

Arkadia Studios team wishes everyone a merry festive season.



New Missions:

• Limited time missions is now available from the Traders South of CH for the December period.These missions provides an opportunity to acquire some of the Plushies you might be missing.

Christmas gifts:

• Gifts will be distributed from the 21st of December till the 30th of December to players on Planet Arkadia.
• Gifts will automatically be spawned in players inventory.

Known Issues:

• Land Plots for the Gold Rush winners is not functioning and the release of the Land Plots has been postponed. Although planned for this update due to unforeseen system stability issues the land plots is currently nonfunctional and will be released in a patch as soon as the issue is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and having to once again delay the handover of the prizes.
  
• The empty Plots can be Located North of the Racetrack for those eager to see the location.

 

Haven't found these new missions yet. Anyone else found the Traders South of CH?

Not sure it's just me or what, But I feel the development gets so much slower than it used to be.
2017 is almost over, 3 updates during the year, what we got in a whole year?
Ranking suit and 7 copycat goldrush event(2 in 2016) at the beginning of the year
Combat mask and 34 new furniture and clothing bluepints in middle of the year.
and now the mission for plushies toys only? seriously?

Not that I'm complaining...,but the development is not quite like what it used to be to be honest. There are so much serious issue waiting for fix like the economy of weapons and markup for materials and minerals. But nothing have been done to fix such things. I don't know maybe something big coming in the new year just maybe

Its actually more to the north west of Celeste. From the Celeste Harbor South TP though you can follow the bridge to the south, fork right at the quarry sign, and follow the road straight to the traders.

 

Wheres best spawn for each plush mission mob? Nusul spawner seems ok for young, but wheres the higher ups?

 

Are you serious....... a year after an event hosted by Ark, listing Land Plots as prizes and you come out with a statement like that..... come on guys.......

If you cant deliver the prizes (you have had a year to do so) then at least compensate the winners with something of equivalent value.....

You have had my and other players money during the event, now do the right thing!

 

I'm 98% sure ark has no power to actually implement land plots into the game and make sure they work, that is all on MA. It also appears that the lawsuit is forcing them to run on super low manpower so they can't effectively harass MA.

So either yell at MA to stop petting their baby caly and hold up their end of the PP agreement or get dethifier to pull his panties out of his ass so ark can hire some more devs to lean on MA.

 

We all know the real problem is MA, however, the Gold Rush was an Ark event, Ark must have got the prizes confirmed, before announcing them.

The land plots seem fine of cally, and isn't ark on the same platform?

TBH I fed up with being treated like an idiot and being fed limp excuses... I am a big supporter of Ark, however, i took part in a Ark event, on the planet Arkadia..... They are my supplier and i am their client. Arkadia's supplier is MA.

The 3rd party, MA should compensate the Ark team and then Ark team should compensate me and the other players.

Simple really....That's how things work in the real world??

As far as I know no public details on the "lawsuit" and if it ever went anywhere have been released outside of the initial attempt from the plaintiff, after this long its safe to assume that its dead in the water but without official details any word spoken on the matter is pure speculation and rumor milling.

Regardless lets try to keep this thread on the topic of the update.

 

I followed road from Celeste Outposr to Chemical Factory - higher Nusuls were mixed in with others - at a low rate thou

 

got the provider nusul down... and now working on lower ones... lower ones are up by the celeste stables (entropiawiki's location is about right...)

 

High maturities of Nusul are plentiful north of Cobra Digsite, epicenter around the Smuggler Camp location. Another place more quaint in comparison is south of Machinery, down after the cliff. The rest of the mobs should be well known, there is also a nice mob map for download here on the forum.

 

I asked about the Smuggler Rangers I-V and was told the lootable PVP area. Went there and looked around the crashed ship and never saw a one lower than XII in a full circuit of the area. Are these really that low a spawn rate or is there an area in the underground for them?

 

The lower level ones are in the eastern section.

 

Oh, those. I went exploring there and made at least two full rounds just outside their aggro range some time ago. Some different maturities but never saw any of the lowest ones. Not sure I remember correctly if I saw an VIII, but if there are any lower ones I certainly missed them.

 

So what happened to the missions for the plushies? Have they been removed already?
