Just to ask a question and not to raise any flames - will there be Pixie (and Shogun and ...) armor on Arkadia?
I do hope arkadia gets it is own armor. Neither any planet partner showed any kind of armor of their own. Only guns up till now (and some plates). Cyrus show us some kind of armor or anything else then guns =)
yeah and PLEASE!!!! make the stats balanced for normal use.... seems all the armors are lobsided.. either too much of a single stat or decent stats for a certain type mob but one stat is always gimped. Oh yeah and make it so it looks like armor and not a rubber suit with plastic areas as most armors do now. Lastly....No friggin blinky lights..that looks soooo gay not to mention we are in a hostile environment and that just screams Im an idiot so kill me. Real hunters would break them lights the second it left the shop.
As far as this is concerned, there currently ARE some "balanced" armors with even stats... Maybe take a look through Entropedia if you haven't already? I do agree new designs would be nice.

Hmm my Gremlin has done me well on all planets so far so I will bring it to Arkadia too. However yes PLEASE give us some new armor parts to loot which have good protection stats against Arkadian mobs! There will be noobs so don't make them depend on import ware! So noob armor is certainly one priotrity but a high protection set suitable for an uber mob on Arkadia would be most awesome too!
And if possible a set of armor as the one we saw on Calypsos Gateway, Chameleon or what it was called (L,C) and remove the (L) so it shows: Arkadia Special Forces (C)
I'm just curious, how do you want the armors to look? might be interesting for the arkadia team to get some input into too... My own imagination is somewhat limited to how you could change the armors unless you mean like rl bodyarmor(then what about gloves, face, arms, legs and feet) or ancient knights armors
I imagine them less glossy and less plastic look as someone stated above. Also it will look better imo if the parts will look as a whole armor (where you can't see when one part ends and other begins) without some lines like you see on the butt of most of the armors today. hmm and will be nice if we will actually have different designs to each armor, cuz today you see many armors have the same design just different colors.
BUMP! Less than one month till launch date... Any news about any Arkadian design armor and maybe clothes? Or planet partners can't design their own armor, only weapons/tools etc?
I was disappointed to see Pixie dropping. I had asked Cyrus if any UL armour was dropping he said yes.. I was expecting at least an UL version of the TT armour, but even that is limited! I see the potential to buy UL TT armour from Calypso and sell it on Arkadia! Come on Arkadian team, this is a potential floor in your business plan. Unlimited items are big draw cards for seasoned players, Limited items are insults! You will still get decay income from unlimited items and it keeps the players happy! Cheers Bjorn
I am not saying there is no place for Limited Armour, I have used it myself. I just feel that some new designed UL Arkadian Armour would be really welcome. Imagine Arkadian versions of Supremacy, Shadow, Angel etc... it would just be nice to see these items..
