Not able to place an order on Auc. for Arkadian armor parts (M,L)?

Sorry, if there's a thread on this one already, but wasn't able to place an order for Hydra Foot-Guards (M) on Auc. Not listed as available item to place an order for.

In fact, there's not a single piece of Arkadian armor listed available atm. First I thought that maybe it just looks that way and logged out and back in, but no avail... Arkadian armor was still not listed as an item, that one could place an order for.

You can't place orders for any limited item, anywhere.
