    EDIT 05-30-2011

    · A good sweat spot...

    · Essentials
    - 500-1000 hp creature
Average quantity of sweat, should last some minutes with 20+ sweaters.
    - Revival nearby
As close as posible, but far enough so the recently dead sweaters do not aggro.
    - Water / Turret
Water better, to be able to kill the dry ones asap.

    · Extras
    - Revival outside
Decreases the ammount of time from revive to start sweating again.
    - TP nearby
I mean, not an outpost if possible.
    - Low aggresion creature
Low or very low to avoid pulling more than one at a time.
    - Slow attack creature
    15-20 attacks/min is ok.
    - All the terminals
If possible, doesn't really matter that much

    · Suitable Mobs:
    - Hadraada (Guardian, Dominan, Alpha, Old Alpha, Prowler)
    - Kiana (Young, Mature, Old)
    - Madana (Young, Mature, Old, Provider, Guardian)
    - Oweko (Young, Mature, Old)

ARKADIA MOB MAP by Dragon Moon

    · Best so far:

    - Nusul @ Celeste Outpost (27270,10930): Outpost + Turret right next to TP, good spawns (Young-Old).

tbh i think most sweaters have been sweating at old places before... sooo this is a new place. The old one doesn´t have to be on Arkaida. I´ll check out the place not for sweating though... just want to see the kiaras... never hunted those before. :)

By new I mean new, because the place is new even if there's no "old" one.

The whole planet is new, holy lols.

Just sweat the Hadraada north of Kestrel Digsite. They have a couple hundred HP (=sweat) and are so slow that they will never catch you. I did it for a while and it works great.
Of course, if you want to sweat semi-afk in big groups then other places are better.

I don't know then, I tried what Daenerys said but it's pretty hard and boring, not even close to calypso (u know at limnadian, circle > sweat > drown > pull > circle ....etcetc...).

I'll keep visiting spots, atleast this one could be nice for med level swunt / TT hunt.

    Thanks

There are Carabok Puny in the "backyard" of Corageous Firebase Academy. Just behind all the information booths in the back. I haven't checked the backyards of the other academies yet, maybe there are more Puny mob.

Then there are Halix L 2-4, real new player mob:
    E of Relentless FBA
    NW of Steadfast FB
    S of Resolute FBA
    NW of Repulse FBA

The L 6-7 Oro that are outside the gate of almost every FBA are good for sweating/swunting too for new players.

Revival is really close, so ideal for sweating I think. Short run back to them if revived.

And punys have like what? 15 Sweat?

I'm talking about group sweating for hours, like limnadian and Nea's @ calypso.

lol Angel went to your spot ...and they hit a lot fast lol

But anyways.... no having a easy afk target and sweating means sweat prices will be higher. I cant find a good sweat spot either only to say that oro, halix and the puny mobs close to firebases ate the way to go

it is a matter of time to gather one sweat party and remain sweating their for a away with larger groups (basically like swamp camp) So Angel just move to a firebase , promote that and i think it will work out

i will be keeping my eye's open for a good sweat place for newbs.
travel time is not such a big issue because experienced players with vehicles can take them there.

Thou right now i have to agree with faye,
that the haadra and such are really the best option they have for sweating right now.
Now we need to have a good indication of where they are and what the best spot is.

Yep, I have to agree with both of you guys, atleast until we find a better place.

EDIT: ok ppl, I'm going to EDIT the first post with new places, just so we can discuss pros and cons.

    Oh DUH! :D
A good mob like that is tougher to find, I think. I tried every mob on the map, and those that I could handle level wise all hit pretty often, but many did not do alot of damage to me [lvl 30 evade].

If I were to sweat in a group, I'd give the Oweko a try. There is an outpost with tp East of Harrier Digsite, and just at the end of the road there downhill begins a huge spawn of Owekos, young to guardian. They kinda hit like Ambus, and seem to have the same agro behavior and range too. It should be easy to pull one from the spawn for sweating. The spawn is not that thick at the end of the road. Revive is close and people with a car can zip down the road and be back in no time, and even running back doesn't take longer than 30 seconds.

Edited: Hadraada and Bokol move very slow, which makes me I wonder if it's a bug and won't last long. So I wouldn't get too used to them because they're so easy to evade. I highly doubt that they were meant to move THAT slow.

Oweko Young white-dots a noob like Hyssch with 3 hits... but then again, so would an Ambulimax Young + they're quite tall (compared to Bokol etc.) so would be easy to target them even with bigger group gathered around one for sweating.

I'm no hunter, so hard to say how long it would take to kill one with tt blb-rifle in a group swunt after its dry? Maybe gather a group and find out? I know, I wouldn't last long, but if the revival is near, then no worries.

You could always have an medium level player or uber in there directing it's attention away from the noobs...
