Hello, watch out people. New Avatar "Welcome to Promotion" adds people currently to his FL and asks for login to "www.entropiauniverse.vacau.com" I havent seen him around anywhere he seems to read forums and adds avatars over the player register. Specially to our new players: If you get such invites ingame NEVER take such offers. Neither Mindark nor the planet partners will ask you to login anywhere from ingame. If you do what these people want you will lose your account and all belongings on it. You can always report such messages to Mindark via the ingame support center. Greets,
This is the scam that was running on caly last week. His last site got shutdown but on that page you would be asked for ur credentials including goldcard number. Obviously this is a bad thing to do. I was going to post whois details but thet fqdm doesnt resolve to an ip address.
Normally naming an avatar and calling it a scam in this fashion would be against forum rules, but looking at the name and hearing the reports I have been, I'm going to leave this one alone. Only thing I can add is to implore people to report this to MA Support ASAP.
It's same free webhoster like last time (GODADDY.COM[vacau.com]). You will not get the real person behind it. It's same system like geocitites has had in the past (some maybe remember). Only thing that will help (for short while), report it here: http://www.000webhost.com/report-abuse If they get many reports, it will close down faster.....
Avatars with official looking names, but with the word miindark (double i) in them are using the same scam.
