Beginning today and continuing at various points over the next week, 12 new pieces of real estate will be listed on the Arkadia auction, as follows:

• 1 booth (20 item points) at the Celeste Manufacturing Hub, near the Celeste Harbour Teleporter, with a starting bid of 1 PED.

• 2 shops (120 item points inside, 12 in display area, 8 in additional area), at Celeste Harbour North, buildings 17 and 18, with starting bids of 5,000 PED.

• 9 apartments (115 item points inside, 5 in display area) in various locations, with starting bids of 400 PED.

Each auction will be set to last 7 days, and will run without buyout values.

Hmmm, i do miss my old shop a bit....

 

Ohhh neato more estates I know a few people will want to hear this

 

This is my guess for selling price - if lower I think it will be a good deal

 

Can i have a Oratan tent - located near the Oratan Miner spawn in pvp pls!

 

I want the shop located beneath my apartment in Celeste South

Since I don't have the peds for it now anyway its ok they aren't released yet

I don't think a booth in celeste harbour will sell for more than a shop. Same location but less item points. The quarry booths sell for high price because of their awesome location.

I'm really looking forward to see the auction action though.

 

Yep, the location at the harbor is not even comparable to the quarry. I would expect not more than 5k ped for the celeste booth, unless people just want it for the "cool" factor.

 

Yquem, i have another prices in mind for this offer:

• 1 booth (20 item points) at the Celeste Manufacturing Hub, near the Celeste Harbour Teleporter, with a starting bid of 1 PED. <- SOLD PRICE Around 5-10k ped
  
• Because its NOT a Celeste Quarry, and not have massive amount of people

• 2 shops (120 item points inside, 12 in display area, 8 in additional area), at Celeste Harbour North, buildings 17 and 18, with starting bids of 5,000 PED. <- SOLD PRICE Around 10-12k ped
• Because these shops is not on two big streets and need advertising

• 9 apartments (115 item points inside, 5 in display area) in various locations, with starting bids of 400 PED. <- SOLD PRICE Around 700-750 ped
• Based on last sold apartaments

Another problem with the high prices is the summer. All rich (not crazy) players are on Seychelles, Fiji, Reunion, Hawaii, Bora Bora, Tahiti, Bahamas and another islands )))) So the prices will be moderate

the booth at celest harbour wil be awesome if it becomes trading hub it was designed to be someday but for now its probibly in the 5-7k range ish.

Its pretty cool we can buy item point upgrade on booths now though

 

We'll see how it turns out. I'm predicting i won't get anything if yquem's estimate is correct though

 

My mistake - i took it for one of the booth at quarry. No idee about the price for this booth

 

Celeste North 17 (shop) and Celeste North 17 lvl 2 (appts) available on Arkadia Auction

 

The access to where North 17 is... is pretty badly designed, its kinda hidden away behind stuff and the ground/entrance to it looks like stuff was squeezed in there and didn't fit. For someone to get better access then shop might sell fo mo.
