I've had a makeup mask sitting in my inventory for awhile, when I bought it on auction probably a year ago it had makeup applied to it, however now it seams to be a blank mask. I seamed to remember that opening the item info would show if makeup has been applied, but my mask doesn't seam to have a text tag for that. Is there anything I can do or do I just need to contact support and hope for the best? Edit: I just double checked and it does say "Empty: No". I also looked at auction and only saw empty masks for sale, is makeup disabled at the moment?
I have a makeup mask and the display is there in the preview like it's always been and it looks the same when equipped. Have you tried equipping the mask yet?
Completely blank even when equipped, guess I'm going to have to contact support and hope for the best =/
