Yes Legend, it's one of the new enmatts, so check auction for orders as I found orders for most of the new things there or check with some crafters
Check but do not sell....Resellers and cheap ass crafters mainly do that to scab up materials for far less then they are valued at. Look around on wiki for bp's that use the new stuff and see if that item looks like it may be useful or more trash tossed in as filler. THEN talk directly to crafters and see what they think its worth keeping in mind they WILL low ball you. Make your decision from there...mind you if you list it for cheap YOU set the precedence and potentially cut everyones throats.
Like Bill said talk directly to the crafters, but also talk to more than one or two...you'll quickly work out who is good and fair and who will try to nail you cheap.
